We’re proud to share that LO:LA has won an Award of Excellence at the 32nd Annual Communicator Awards for our work with Know Wellness.

The winning work was recognized in Design & Print – Campaign: Business-to-Consumer, placing Know Wellness among this year’s Award of Excellence winners. The Communicator Awards describes the Award of Excellence as its highest honor, given to work that demonstrates a position among the best in the field.

For us, this recognition means a great deal.

Know Wellness is a brand built around something deeply personal: giving people clearer access to their own health, their own data, and their own decisions. In a category often weighed down by clinical language, confusion, and over-promising, the opportunity was to create something different. A brand that felt intelligent without feeling cold. Credible without feeling complicated. Human without losing authority.

That balance became the foundation of the work.

Our role was to help shape a brand system that could carry a powerful idea with clarity and confidence. From strategy and messaging to identity and campaign expression, the goal was to make Know feel not only innovative, but also understandable, trustworthy, and relevant to everyday people.

Because in wellness, communication has to do more than look good.

It has to reduce friction. Build belief. Create confidence. And help people see why something matters to them.

That is why this win feels especially rewarding. It recognizes not just the craft of the work, but the thinking behind it: the belief that great branding can make complex ideas feel simple, personal, and actionable.
